Southland Care Coordination Partners, Inc. participated in a local food drive on Saturday, 11/22 and provided meals for over 300 families in the South Suburban Cook County area. There were over 22 communities served by Respond Now located in Chicago Heights, IL. Our SCCP purchased food and our staff donated food items. We packed over 240 bags to distribute.
